Baseball Playoffs: Atascocita falls to Klein Collins, 9-2

Trailing 3-0 heading into the fourth inning, Atascocita having seven-straight batters set down, the Eagles needed to get something going their way.

After loading the bases, the Eagles (16-14) were able to push across one run on an RBI single by Matt Willrodt, and another on an ensuing double play, cutting Klein Collins’ lead down to 3-2.

Down by one, the Eagles could not hold off Klein Collins. The Tigers (19-9) were able to answer back with runs in the final three innings, Jacob Rodriguez capping it off with a three-run home run, to the 9-2 victory.
