College Park enjoyed a solid year on the track.

It won the Corpus Christi meet, saw several athletes produce their best times at the district and area meets and qualified two for state – Connor Meaux in the 3,200-meter run and Colton Nettleton in the 1,600.

They’ll try to cap the season with a pair of medals this week in Austin.

The UIL Track and Field State Meet is set for Thursday through Saturday at UT’s Mike A. Myers Stadium. click here for complete story
