Oak Ridge rallied for three runs in the top of the seventh inning and held on to defeat Pflugerville 5-3 on Saturday and sweep the best-of-three Region II-6A series in two games.

Playing in Pflugerville just hours after Oak Ridge’s 10-0 victory on Friday night, the War Eagles improved to 26-1 on the season.

The Panthers led 3-2 before committing back-to-back errors to start the top of the seventh. Matt Mihalov scored on Luken Baker’s sacrifice fly to tie the game at 3, and Riley McKnight’s single left Jose Sanchez at third base. click here for complete story
