The Woodlands sophomore Adrian Piperi entered the University of Texas’ Mike Myers Stadium on Saturday with a chance to sweep the Class 6A shot put and discus titles. He got it done. The hard way.
Igobkwe second in 400 Piperi’s teammate, Obi Igobokwe, finished second in the Class 6A boys 400-meter dash. He turned in a time of 46.34 seconds. Arlington Martin’s Keshun Reed won the event with a time of 45.75.
