Costco The Woodlands evacuated due to bomb threat

Costco_Woodlands_WOLCostco evacuated the premises Friday, May 22, at approximately 2:30 p.m., upon receiving a bomb threat. Shoppers were directed to the edge of the parking lot, instead of their cars, according to Facebook posts in the social media. Sarah Ann Bara and Marilyn Davenport were among those who mentioned it online.

The Costco located at 8185 SH 242 and I-45N is not the first location to receive a bomb threat. The Costco in the Green Oak Township of Michigan, was evacuated Thursday, April 30, when a wholesale vendor discovered the message scribbled on the wall in the men’s bathroom. The message was specific to the time the bomb would be detonated…the threat which was discovered at 1:30 p.m., and indicated that a bomb would go off at 2 p.m. click here for complete story
