After losing a two-run lead in the top of the seventh, it looked as though The Woodlands had completely lost its momentum against Lake Travis.

Not quite.

Kelcy Leach took care of that with one swing of the bat. With a solo shot over left-center field in the bottom of the eighth inning, Leach sent her Lady Highlanders to the Class 6A state tournament with a 5-4 victory over the Lady Cavaliers on Saturday evening. click here for complete story
