Luken Baker has played like one of the best high school baseball players in the country all year.

On Tuesday morning, Oak Ridge’s power-hitting, hard-throwing senior was recognized as the best.

Baker was named the Gatorade National Baseball Player of the Year just days after he earned top billing for Texas. Former Astros great Roy Oswalt was on hand at Oak Ridge to present Baker with the honor. click here for complete story
