The Woodlands wrapped spring football with its spring game last Thursday, May 28, at Woodforest Stadium, but the preparation for fall continues.

Coach Mark Schmid said he was happy with what he saw – mainly because he didn’t see any injuries.
“The thing that stood out is our kids competed,” Schmid said.
“We pretty much protected the game, as far as limiting their contact and things like that. The last thing that you want to do is get somebody unnecessarily hurt at the end of your spring training.”
With The Woodlands’ season ending with a seven-turnover debacle in 38-20 first-round playoff loss to Klein Oak last year, turnovers were a constant them throughout spring football last month. click here for complete story
