In May, The Woodlands own Brian Baehl , sophomore at Austin College, received the Pat E. Hooks Award for most outstanding men’s basketball player at the Intercollegiate Athletic Awards Convocation.
The award was voted on by the team and presented by head coach Rodney Wecker.
“It was voted on by everyone on the team,” Baehl said. “So the fact that they voted for me means a lot. It means that they recognize what I bring to the team and respect me.”
