With more families moving to The Woodlands every year, private schools are looking at ways to accommodate the population growth.
The Woodlands has grown to nearly 110,000 residents, a 10 percent increase over five years. About 42 percent of area households have children, according to The Woodlands Township.
Although The Woodlands has been on a growth streak for years, the construction just south of The Woodlands – the Exxon Mobil campus and the Grand Parkway – has sparked a flurry of movement to the area that is expected to continue.
