A 17-year-old died and two others were injured in a crash near Dobbin in west Montgomery County Saturday morning.

Authorities said the driver of a Ford Explorer ran off the edge of the road coming through a curve on FM 1486 and overcorrected, causing the car to cross the road and hit a ditch. Two people inside were ejected from the vehicle, killing the 17-year-old boy and critically injuring a female teen.
