Tenor Ian José Ramirez will join the international opera studio at Opera Stuttgart for the 2015-2016 season. The “opernstudio” offers the next generation of young artists the opportunity to work side by side with some of the world’s finest singers, directors, and conductors.

A native of The Woodlands, Texas, Ian was involved with Class Act Productions, The Woodlands United Methodist Church Youth Choir, The Woodlands High School Theatre and Choir, and was also a member of the Texas All-State Choir four years in a row.
