Jersey Mike’s Subs, known for its fresh sliced/fresh grilled subs, opened in The Woodlands on July 15.  Franchise owners Katharine Brown and Dallas Brown, held a grand opening and free sub fundraiser from Wednesday, July 15 to Sunday, July 19 to support Springland Wood Ministries, Children’s Safe Harbor and College Park High School Band.

The new restaurant, located at 3091 College Park Drive, circulated 7,500 coupons throughout the community offering a free regular sub for a minimum $2 contribution to Springland Wood Ministries, Children’s Safe Harbor and College Park High School Band.

“Our family has been in the restaurant business for over 30 years and Jersey Mike’s is a great next step for us,” said Katharine Brown.  “When my youngest son and now business partner, Dallas, graduated from Texas A & M, we immediately knew this was the right time to start a new family business.

The growth is fueled by passionate Jersey Mike’s fans who crave their subs made Mike’s Way® with the freshest vegetables – onions, lettuce and tomatoes – topped off with an exquisite zing of “the juice” – red wine vinegar and olive oil blended to perfection.  Jersey Mike’s premium meats and cheeses are sliced on the spot, piled high on in-store baked bread and served up with a helping of neighborly banter from a dedicated and high-energy team.
