Continuing the 40-year long tradition, the Conroe Noon Lions Club held its annual Pigskin Preview featuring all of the high school of the Conroe area Wednesday afternoon at the Lone Star Convention Center.

Three out of the four playoff teams from 16-6A coaches spoke about their upcoming seasons.

  • Rush Starts Fourth Year: Carson then introduced Oak Ridge high school head coach Derreck Rush, who is going into his fourth year coaching the War Eagles.
  • Highlanders Bring Numbers: This summer the Woodlands has had over 350 kids working out, Monday through Thursday at 7:30 a.m., since the beginning of summer.
