Football: The Woodlands College Park Practice Report: 8-12-15

55cb624cdd4c4.imagethe football fields were wet Wednesday morning, after Tuesday night’s rain storms. So even though the Cavaliers got after it early, the humidity was draining.

“We were tested this morning,” TWCP head coach Richard Carson said. “And we all failed it. You, me, the other coaches. We dragged a little bit–we got to get better at that and fight through it.”

Despite the humidity and the slower pace, TWCP (and I) still got a lot of good looks at some of it’s potential play makers.

Jordan Turnquest still has a firm grip on the starting quarterback job and that likely will not change. Dominic Garcia and AJ Sanders looked as dynamic as ever in the backfield, while Kaleb Taylor and Lucas Cooper were patrolling  the secondary, breaking up passes. click here for complete story
