The practice fields behind Summer Creek High School have been loud this past week. Members of the Bulldogs’ football team have filled the air with waves of screams and shouts in protest and awe of their fellow teammates.

They’re ready to make noise this season as well.

Summer Creek narrowly missed the postseason in 2014 thanks to a three-way tie that didn’t go the Bulldogs’ way due to a tiebreaker. Instead, Coach Brian Ford’s team watched as College Park got the fourth and final spot over Summer Creek and nearby Kingwood due to point differential. click here for complete story
