A man was killed while changing his tire after he was struck by a vehicle in northwest Harris County, police said.

The accident happened Sunday around 4 a.m. on the westbound lanes of US 290 Northwest at Kickapoo. Harris County sheriff’s deputies said they received a call about a man lying on the side of the road from someone who passed by. click here for complete story
