Though the District 16-6A season has barely begun, The Woodlands sent a strong message to the rest of its close opponents this season, dismantling the Atascocita Lady Eagles on Tuesday in a 3-0 sweep at Atascocita High School.

The win marks the 22nd victory for the Lady Highlanders against just three defeats, and head coach Terri Wade knew this was a good test for the reigning two-time state champions, but still enjoyed themselves along the way. click here for complete story
