The owner of Integra Medical Clinic and Integra Pharmacy in The Woodlands has been arrested on multiple charges in connection with Sunday’s deadly crash. Several law enforcement agencies will speak at a press conference at 2 p.m. today to discuss more on the case.

The DEA Diversion Investigation Unit and the Conroe Police Department, along with the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office and the Montgomery County Pct. 2 Constables Office, arrested Dr. Rezik A. Saqer, 61, for three counts of possession of controlled substance, three counts of diversion of controlled substances, and four counts of fraudulent possession of controlled substance or prescription form.
