When Oak Ridge senior linebacker Clayton Grett was about 10 years old, he took a shot that shaped the way he carries himself on the football field to this day.
His older brother, Chris, tackled him while the two were playing a football game in their front yard. It was a particularly hard hit, and Clayton wanted to stop playing. But then, Chris said something that had a lasting impact on his little brother.
