The John Cooper School football team used most of the first quarter to find its footing against Northside on Saturday night. But once the Dragons got into a rhythm, the flood gates flew open.

Cooper defeated the Lions 48-0 at Pugh Field to improve to 2-2 this season and secure the program’s first varsity victory.
