The Woodlands Bar Association is proud to announce that it has awarded its 2014 Future Lawyer Scholarships in Memoriam of Kevin T. Shea and Ida G. Stewart to Carlton Gaddis of Conroe High School and Riley Barker of The Woodlands High School.

The 2014 Scholarship in Memoriam of Kevin T. Shea was awarded to Mr. Gaddis, a 4-year Academic Letterman ranked 142/715 in his graduating class. Mr. Gaddis was active on the Conroe High and National Honor Society debate teams.

The 2014 Scholarship in Memoriam of Ida G. Steward was awarded to Riley Barker, ranked 44/1048 in her class with a 3.79 GPA. Ms. Barker was active in the National Social Studies Honor Society, National Honor Society, Spanish National Honor Society, student council, and Interact, and she has been nominated to the HOBY Leadership program. read more…
