The Woodlands takes second in Lone Star Cup standings

20140402-163123.jpgThe Woodlands High School saw a great deal of success in extracurricular activities during the 2013-14 school year, and the final Lone Star Cup standings reflected just that.

The standings, released on Friday morning by the University Interscholastic League, revealed that The Woodlands will finish in second place in Class 5A behind only Southlake Carroll when the standings become final on July 1. The Woodlands racked up 78 points in the standings while Carroll finished with 115, securing its third-straight Lone Star Cup. Allen (74), Lewisville Hebron (70) and San Antonio Reagan (68) rounded out the top five. Read more…
