BASEBALL: Oak Ridge’s Baker wins MLB Junior Select Home Run Derby

Oak Ridge’s Luken Baker put on a show Monday night that had the local Twitterverse exploding.

Baker, a TCU commit and senior-to-be for the War Eagles, crushed seven home runs at Target Field in Minneapolis, Minnesota, claiming the 2014 Major League Baseball Junior Select Home Run Derby title in the process.

He did so on the biggest stage: in front of thousands of fans and, more importantly, a large group of MLB All-Stars. click HERE for complete story
