Operation Military Embrace (OME) is a Texas-based charity that aims to provide help and support to America’s military troops and their families. The work of this military support charity is very well summarized by their motto: sharing the cost of freedom. OME provides encouragement and support to the troops to let them know that people in the community truly appreciate and care about their hard work and dedication. This organization is constantly trying to get people involved in efforts to help out troops that are in harm’s way by providing financial assistance and by raising the spirits of military members by letting them know that people back home are thankful for their bravery and sacrifice. Operation Military Embrace works towards completing their two primary goals: sending care packages and letters to troops, and providing free Post Exchange (PX) to San Antonio Military Medical Center (SAMMC). click HERE for complete story
