College Park was looking for some momentum heading into its District 16-6A schedule, and the Lady Cavaliers found it with a 25-21, 25-18, 25-18 victory over Friendswood on Tuesday evening.

College Park (18-4) was led by Emily Thorson, who recorded 15 digs and seven kills. Kennedi Smith contributed a team-high 10 kills, Macey Rabson finished with six, and Hannah Erwin added five.
