Houston’s first certified green restaurant is coming soon to The Woodlands.

Ruggles Green is opening in January on Research Forest Drive, offering a healthy menu, with more than 35 gluten-free options and as much locally grown produce as possible, the company said. The food at Ruggles Green has zero trans-fat and no genetically modified organisms. The meat and poultry is all natural, with no steroids, hormones or antibiotics.
