Texas sophomore center Kelsey Lang was named Phillips 66 Big 12 Player of the Week on Monday, as chosen by a media panel. It is Lang’s first career Big 12 Player of the Week award and the second consecutive for Texas Women’s Basketball — senior forward Nneka Enemkpali earned the accolade last week.
The Woodlands, Texas, native posted a career-high 20 points with seven rebounds and a block in 27 minutes against UTPA. She then recorded a game-high 18 points with six rebounds, two assists, a block and a steal in 34 minutes against the Lady Vols. click here for complete story
