Conroe overcame a 10-point deficit in the second half and delivered a crucial stop in the final seconds to squeeze past Tomball 50-48 on Tuesday afternoon.
The Tigers (10-6) were without two players, Tremont Moore and Victor Bernald, and used a three-point play from sophomore forward Josh Berry to take their first lead with 2:58 left in the game.
Berry, who battled an ankle injury early in the season, followed a teammate’s shot for the field goal and added the free throw for a 45-44 Conroe lead. click here for complete story
