Noah Vaughan had three RBIs and a triple to help lead College Park past Austin High 8-1 in Game 2 of the Region II-6A area playoffs on Friday at Mumford High School.
Vaughan’s triple came during a five-run fifth inning and drove in Austin Stokes, Aaron Perkins and Nate Fisbeck as the Cavaliers took a commanding 5-0 lead at the time.

Austin Bowie’s Kristopher Keunning drew a bases-loaded walk in the bottom of the eighth inning, giving the Bulldogs the victory and the two-game sweep of The Woodlands in area-round play in Austin.
