A man was arrested Monday night outside the Montgomery County Jail for the alleged possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver.

Gary Lee Howard, 34, was visiting an inmate in the Montgomery County Jail when a canine unit allegedly sniffed out methamphetamine in his car, which was parked near the inmate visitation area. Approximately 77 grams of the drug was allegedly found inside the car after a search along with an electronic scale. click here for complete story
