A Sam Houston State University student’s inflammatory tweet on Twitter about slain Harris County Sheriff Deputy Darren Goforth, brought her to the attention of law enforcement who had an outstanding warrant for her arrest.
An activist for #BlackLivesMatter, Monica Foy, 26, of The Woodlands, and a SHSU junior, tweeted the following message about Deputy Sheriff Darren Goforth, September 1, at 6:35 a.m.

“I can’t believe so many people care about a dead cop and NO ONE has thought to ask what he did to deserve it. He had creepy perv eyes…”
