A man was arrested in Indiana in the case of a man found dead near a burned vehicle in Montgomery County.

Deputies found the body of 28-year-old Marc Pourner Jr. on Saturday in the area of Firetower Road near FM 1485. Investigators determined his death was a homicide.

Detectives identified the suspect as David James Brown Jr., who has been charged with capital murder. click here for complete story
