Though the ending wasn’t pretty, The Woodlands successfully bounced back from a loss to Klein Collins a week ago, with a 66-59 home win over Aldine Nimitz Tuesday night.

The win improves The Woodlands to 10-3 on the year.
“It was an outstanding game,” Highlander coach Dale Reed said. “Our guys came focused to play, but I did some things down the stretch that took us out of our rhythm and allowed Nimitz to get back into the game. I’m proud of the team.
“The “ugliness” came from some bad decisions that I made.”
