Seniors only. Must attend any LoneStar college campus. The LSC Promise is a scholarship and civic engagement program that provides two years of tuition-free college education at any Lone Star College location. The LSC Promise offers qualifying students “last-dollar scholarships” to fund the remaining balance due for tuition and fees after federal and state grants and other scholarship awards are used to pay the cost of tuition and fees.
