A two-alarm fire broke out at a popular Conroe restaurant Monday morning. The Conroe Fire Department initially responded to the fire at Saltgrass Steakhouse in the 800 block of Interstate 45 North around 10:20 a.m. When firefighters arrived on scene, smoke and flames were billowing out of the roof.
