Oak Ridge scored two runs in the top of the sixth and held on to defeat The Woodlands, clinching a playoff berth in District 14-5A in the process.

The War Eagles improved to 22-6 overall and 7-5 in 14-5A play while The Woodlands, the 14-5A champion, fell to 24-5 and 10-2 respectively. Oak Ridge overcame four errors to win the game.
