“It was important for us to come in and relax and just kind of get a good feel, let everybody get a chance to get on the field and get some minutes. Because we’ve got 30 on our roster, so it was nice to be able to do that tonight,” The Woodlands coach Dina Graves said. “Summer Creek’s got a talented little team, so they’re going to do good things in the future with their youth.
“For us it was big, we just needed to make sure we took care of our end of the deal, make sure we were getting in there to finish, working on the little things we need to keep tweaking as we move forward.”
