It wasn’t always pretty, but Thursday’s Region II-6A bi-district showdown between Montgomery and Oak Ridge was a thriller from start to finish.

Each team traded runs throughout the contest, but a wild pitch by Montgomery in the bottom of the seventh scored the only one that mattered and gave the Lady War Eagles a walk-off 4-3 win over the Lady Bears at Oak Ridge High School. click here for complete story
